well i've been seeing that npcs like military, mercenaries and bandits have just 1 type of weapon or more likely the same weapon for each, for example the german mercenaries have a sig commando, the military in agroprom had just silenced benellis, and bandits well sawn off bm-16s, and well i was completing a job for lehavre to kill bolt and retrieve his pda and the 3 guys that i eliminated, one of them being bolt, had just silenced benellis and when marked one talked to lehavre he said this...

And well i don't know maybe he was just exagerating or maybe something is wrong...

mercs will sometimes spawn FN 2000 Compact gun's (one of my favorite weapons early in game and it is a sniper weapon which is why that dialog says that), but its a rare spawn, I redo certain missions I know has those enemys just to get one.

mercs will also sometimes spawn RPG's

I did find 3 of them when completing a rescue mission, but always 5.56 commandos, and 12 gauge silenced
