I don't mean to cause any trouble, but... it is normal that the Artefact Container give me Radiation even when Stone Flower and/or Medusa are inside... ? Neutral

Beyond that, seems that i can't quickloading savegames if i put the game in DirectX 11 and Extended mode, it cause CTD...

The mod is good, but those are the things i found so far... again, sorry...

Are you storing more radiation than it can handle? Artefact containers only block a certain amount of radiation. If you put more rads in than it can handle, the extra rads will still affect you. In this event you should get a warning message saying that you need an upgraded container.

For better protection, find some radiation absorbing artefacts such as Stone Bloods (there is one in a Cordon basement) and Meat Chunks. Flesh Eyes and Poltergeist Eyes also absorb radiation when worn on the belt. (NB: if you "use" a Flesh Eye, you will eat it. You have to place it on your belt by hand, and annoyingly it comes off again at every transition.) Later on you will find or make artefacts with even higher protection.

I haven't had a problem using DX11 Extended mode, so all I can suggest is to use standard DX11. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can help you there.

pchester is absolutely right. Radiation-cancelling artefacts and armor are far superior to artefact containers, which you'll only need in the initial stages of the game to avoid dying of radiating sickness

Having said that, there are three types of artefact containers - one for casual gatherers looking for cheap artefacts on the periphery of the Zone, a better one for semi-pros who aren't afraid of a little radiation poisoning, and a heavy duty one for professionals who venture deeper into the Zone for the more esoteric artefacts. As you get closer to the Zone's center, the Chernobyl NPP, you'll come across the rarer and more interesting ones... Wink

Oh, and you'll never cause any trouble asking questions on this forum. We're all here to help each other... Smile
