 Crash in transition to Lost Village

Hi.
I go to Lost Village from Wasted Woodland, for search a "Tresure" (the previous Stash is found into Water Tower in swamps).

When take the transition and load game into new map, the game crash. I try to use the transition from Pripyat to Old Village, and crash again.

The important line here is the last one.

I think a solution to this error was posted here a while back, but I can't find it at the moment. I think it involved editing a line in your Modders Script file (gamedata\scripts\tb3d_modders.script) from extra_spawns = true to extra_spawns = false. I will have another look for it later.

Turns out it was my original post. Where does the time go? Rolling Eyes . Choice of 3 solutions here - my initial 'kludge'-fix (commenting out the offending line in the tb3d_extra_spawns.script file), then Aleks posted the corrected code, and finally _Nite_ posted the tb3d_modders.script fix as above.

I can't find the files tb3d_mobs.script  and  tb3d_extra_spawns.script

Where can find these file for editing ? Need to download the database extractor utility ?

I don't know if there will be a fix for this, as far as I know it isn't affecting everyone.

Have you tried changing the value in tb3d_modders.script? That would be the easiest answer (if it works!).

tb3d_mobs.script and tb3d_extra_spawns.script are both in file gamedata.db0. However, please note that the edit to tb3d_mobs.script was for a CTD when entering Broken Road. The tb3d_extra_spawns.script edit was for the Old Village CTD.

After editing, place your edited file(s) in stalkersoup\gamedata\scripts\. The game will then use your file and ignore the original in the database file.
