Quests given automatically upon entering levels...

So I've visited the Wish Granter and been transported to Agroprom where I have automatically been given a quest to eliminate bandits. Move on to Cordon and another automatically given quest to eliminate Flesh. Is this normal post Wish Granter because I personally prefer to choose to accept quests?

As far as I know, it's a bug. I either ignore the task or complete it without claiming the award. Usually I complete it so as to not be bugged by the message every time I enter the level.

This also happens to me, and watch out if you quick save or hard save in this place because if you load back any save here, the number of bandits will double, i don't know why but i ended up killing 30+ bandits in the car park at cordon, the only way i can get past quest being given automatically is to never finish the task, i mean kill the bandits and never pick up the reward, this only happens in Agroprom and Cordon, so yeah, that...

That makes sense but if it is a bug it's an annoying one.
At least if Nokoyou is correct then this glitch is restricted to Agroprom and Cordon........
