You have to drink 2-3 litres cca daily or die.

This id not Dune with recycling suits... Wink

WE got already food and stamina and bleeding but not drinking...

If my MO  was realistically intaking 2-3 litres, he would realistically have to frequently outtake it too Wink
There are many safe energy drinks that can make a difference when eg doing jumps; the sign for food/drink should come on more frequently if MO has been sprinting and if his backsack is near full compared with near empty imo.

Planning route carefully and your gear along will be that much more important - you HAVE to think about each gram... Like Moutain Climbers today...
